Abstract:

A TV crew goes to film the fantastic terraces in a poor mountainous area inhabited by some minority nationalities.  In need of a cow, the crew offers only 10 RMB for it and the locals ask for more.  This story from Foggy Valley shows us the changes brought about by a market economy in the countryside and ethnic minority areas.
