Abstract:

As said in the movie, Taiwan may be one of the first areas in the global to suffer from serious disasters caused by the global warming. And at the time very likely Dongshi Port of Chiayi, Linbian East Port of Pingtung, and Mailiao of Yunlin will be overflowed by the rising sea level.
