Abstract:

The Holy Man is a slapstick comedy starring popular TV comedian Teng Terd-teung.  He plays Brother Theng, an ex-thug turned monk, who moves into a village where the inhabitants still believe in ghosts and spirits.  The villagers' superstitions are a roadblock to Brother Theng's attempts to improve village life, and the presence of a rival "scam" temple is also no help.
