Abstract:

A group of men struggle for survival in an isolated village in the mountains of China. Amongst them lives a loving young woman who attempts to tend to their many needs. The respect and admiration of the villagers show her another side of her own life, a brutal duel with her husband. Love and violence combine with deadly force only husband or wife will survive.
