Abstract:

Based on the true story of the Olympic champion Li Yan who won a silver medal for China in the 1992 Olympics. A physically challenged young woman, selected to compete for the national ice-skating team, dreams of winning medals and honor for her country. Through rigorous training that taxes both her mind and body, she methodically and scientifically trains to overcome her disadvantage.
