Tibet's exiled Dalai Lama addresses an Arizona audience on overcoming anger through patience. He speaks of positive and negative desire, and how to reduce anger and hatred and increase love and forgiveness. The Dalai lama discusses methods for sustaining a calm mind and the possibility of change in society.
