Abstract:

"The Dalai Lama leads the viewer through the basic precepts of his beliefs in a speech he gave at Tucson, Arizona. He describes how to reduce anger and hatred while simultaneously increasing love and forgiveness. His own experiences as an exile from Tibet offer a perfect example of how trying circumstances can be used for positive results."
