Abstract:

"This set of videos celebrates the cultural heritage of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Americans. It examines the unique traditions of each group, discusses when and why each group immigrated to the United States, and explores how they have preserved their cultural identities. The videos also probe how cultural identity differs between Asians who have immigrated to the United States and the younger generation of Asian Americans."
